ISO 20022 and FHIR Spectral API linting rulesets

I am looking for Spectral API linting rulesets (or compatible Vacuum rulesets) that I can use for RESTful APIs that transfer messages in the following industry standards

1. ISO 20022 Universal financial industry message scheme (any message sets).
2. Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) R4 or R5.

I'll appreciate links to open-source rulesets that address these. Thanks!
