How can I capture 400/500 errors from Google Maps using REST API calls [closed]

My team is currently trying to work on a solution to capture error messages from Google Maps (GCP). As it's currently set up, we utilize Geolocation and an embedded google Maps in our web page to help locate nearest places of business for our clientele. Occasionally, the Maps do not return results for whatever reason (4xx/5xx).

Ideally what I'd like to do is set up a Dynatrace instance to capture those errors when they happen for our customer base in GCP, and report those errors when they happen close to real time through runbooks and Slack. Billing issues prevents this solution from happening at this time.

We are mostly an Azure shop aside from this one resource in GCP, and the platform is foreign to me.

I've been struggling to find useful information on how else to capture this information online. I was hoping for REST APIs being a viable route, but what I've found so far in the official documentation isn't what I'm looking for. Maybe I'm missing the information.

If someone can point me towards the correct solution, that would be great. After typing this I'm going to see about finding an agent at Google and posing this same issue.
